We at Hahn Rentals realize this and
want to do whatever it takes to make it painless and even fun.
To that end, we have a wide variety of services available to
you, from the initial planning to providing services and equipment.
We will devote careful attention to your project, whether it
be a seminar for a few, banquets for hundreds, or an all-out
trade show extravaganza for thousands. We're committed to making
your event a success, because when you look good, we look good.
Throughout the 35 years we have been in the special events business,
we've come to learn that there is no substitute for dialogue.
In our presentation, we have tried to provide you with a comprehensive
overview of our services, but they are by no means complete.
We know, from experience, that your needs are unique, and we
want to provide you with unparalleled, customized service.
WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOUR EVENT?
We can assist you with show planning
from concept to floor management. We have an In-House Designer
who is available to:
* Produce Computerized Print-ready
Floorplans
(many sites are already
available for your perusal)
* Design an Identity for your
Show
(if it's your first
time through, or even if you need a fresh look)
* Help you with your Advertising
Needs
We also have an In-House Sign Shop for your show and exhibitor
requirements. Show service packages for your exhibitors' booth
requirements can be custom tailored for your show. Drayage service
is available to help exhibitors move in and out. We have a forklift,
carts, and manpower at your disposal if you require it. After
the event is done for the day, we can come in and clean your
exhibitors' booths so that they look just as good for the entire
event as on the very first day the event opens.
STOCK RENTAL ITEMS...
We try to provide you and
your exhibitors with quality rental products, so that you can
look your best for the duration of the event.
